“Fun Is Underrated!”

Welcome! I view healing as an inside out, not an outside in process, that happens only in one time and place, NOW. Healing happens when we make a choice to notice our worthiness to heal. Our worthiness for healing comes from our recognition that we are both human and divine in the way we have been perfectly designed.

Most of us live our lives as SOLE (Stuck on Limited Expectations) Survivors, especially when we are in some sort of crisis. We continue to live in a way that keeps us attached to the past, when we view life as being better, or we have hope that our futures will somehow improve and have a better outcome. Either way, we stay stuck in our limiting views and our lives are put on hold to our past or our future.

What’s missing is our inability to live in the present moment.

We have a choice to shift from being stuck as a survivor who is waiting for the lifeboat, an outside source to come and rescue us from the crisis or to recognize the opportunity that presents itself to us from within ourselves, an inside out source of our own divinity, in this moment to change.

We also have the choice to remain focused on the flaws of our humanity based upon what others have told us from an outside source or to shift the way we view ourselves from within our own spiritual self and embrace our divinity which includes the flaws of our humanity. We heal in our recognition from within ourselves both our humanity and our divinity. Our willingness to see ourselves in a different way in the present moment is what empowers us to make this shift to be SOUL (Soaring on Unlimited Love) Thrivers!
